Alfanar Engineering Services appoints Amer Al Ajmi as Chief Executive Officer

Al Ajmi brings over two decades of leadership experience across engineering, energy, and global business development to his new role.
Alfanar Engineering Services Company has appointed Amer Al Ajmi as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
The company announced, “Alfanar Engineering Services is delighted to announce that Eng. Amer Al Ajmi has been appointed as its new Chief Executive Officer…The company looks forward to continuing its journey of innovation and excellence under his leadership, strengthening its position as a leading force in engineering and energy solutions across the Kingdom.”
In his new role, Al Ajmi brings over two decades of leadership experience across engineering, energy, and global business development. “His appointment reflects the continuation of a successful journey within the company, where he previously served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alfanar Projects, and earlier as Vice President of Alfanar Engineering Services. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated visionary leadership and a strong commitment to advancing the company’s strategic ambitions,” the company added.
Before joining Alfanar, Al Ajmi has worked with Saudi Electricity Company as the Group Leader, Riyadh City SS Projects, for over eight years.

On the academic front, he holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from King Saud University, and completed a finance leadership program from London Business School.
