Amazon Payment Services appoints Pablo Londono as Managing Director for Middle East, Africa & Turkey

Pablo Londono previously served at Amazon for more than 14 years, until 2023, as Regional Finance Director for the MENA region
Amazon Payment Services, a leading digital payments company, has appointed Pablo Londono as Managing Director for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, effective immediately.
Londono brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience to his new role. He previously served at Amazon for more than 14 years, until 2023, as Regional Finance Director for the MENA region.
The company welcomed him, stating, “Amazon Payment Services is delighted to announce that Pablo Londono has been appointed Managing Director. Pablo will lead the business through the next period of expansion in the region, accelerating our mission to advance the regional payments infrastructure and support businesses of all sizes.”
He most recently served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Dubizzle Group. “He brings valuable cross-industry expertise in technology, logistics, manufacturing, and operations,” the company added.
Londono expressed, “Having spent over 15 years at Amazon across three continents, I’ve been fortunate to work at the intersection of technology, finance, and innovation. We are witnessing an inflection point in digital payments, and I’m thrilled to lead Amazon Payment Services in shaping what’s next with our incredible team and partners.”

On the academic front, Londono holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from EAFIT University, Colombia.
