Bank ABC elevates Sarah Bukhammas to Head of Talent Development & Performance Management

Bahrain-based Bank ABC has promoted Sarah Bukhammas to Head of Talent Development & Performance Management, effective September 2026, 

Bukhammas announced the appointment on LinkedIn, saying, "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Talent Development & Performance Management at Bank ABC!"

She has been with Bank ABC for more than five years, having joined the bank in July 2021 as an HR Generalist. She moved into the role of HR Business Partner in October 2025 before taking up her latest position in late September 2026.

Before joining Bank ABC, Bukhammas spent more than four years at the National Bank of Bahrain, where she worked in HR and talent development. She joined the bank in May 2017 as an HR Clerk and subsequently served as an HR Specialist, followed by Training Supervisor – HR & Talent Development.

Bukhammas holds a degree in Human Resource Management, Management & Organisation from Lancaster University in the UK. She also completed a foundation degree in Business & Management at Lancaster University International Study Centre.

Her appointment places talent development and performance management among her key responsibilities as the bank continues to build its people capabilities.
