Belgin Ertam joins Bureau Veritas Group as Vice President of HR for Middle East, Caspian, & Africa

Holding over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Ertam previously served as Managing Director of HR & CHRO at Abdul Latif Jameel Motors before stepping down in August this year.
Bureau Veritas Group has appointed Belgin Ertam as Vice President of HR for the Middle East, Caspian, and Africa, effective immediately.
Ertam shared the news on LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I joined Bureau Veritas Group as Vice President HR, Middle East, Caspian, and Africa.”
She added, “Almost 200 years ago, Bureau Veritas started with a vision to provide reliable information that would build trust in world trade. The company has grown into a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification – helping businesses, governments, and communities shape a safer, more sustainable future… What inspires me most is how a company with such a long history continues to innovate and adapt, proving that values like trust, responsibility, and excellence never go out of date. Ertam brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across key sectors. Most recently, she served Abdul Latif Jameel Motors as Managing Director of HR & CHRO for over a year. Prior to that, she worked with General Electric, Microsoft, and DHL Express in key HR roles. She currently also serves as an Advisor and Council Member for the Human Capital Advisory Council – UAE.

On the academic front, Ertam holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University, has completed a Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School, and holds a certification in International Directors from INSEAD.
