The Middle East expansion complements its broader strategic push to provide talent support and bridge gaps across technology, digital, and emerging sectors.

India’s leading talent solution platform – Careernet has announced expansion into the Middle East region, as part of its global footprint strategy.

In addition to this, the group has appointed Asif Khan as Associate Vice President to lead regional operations from the Dubai office.

Khan brings over a wealth of industry leadership experience to his new role. He most recently served Adecco for over six years, and previously worked with TASC Outsourcing in key roles.

“With strong relationships across industries, Asif will spearhead strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and growth initiatives in the region. His appointment reflects Careernet’s commitment to building a strong, locally rooted team with deep insight into the unique dynamics of the Middle Eastern talent market.” the company shared.

Commenting on the move, Anshuman Das, CEO and Co-founder, Careernet Group said, “The Middle Eastern region is a rapidly evolving talent hub, and we see it not just as a market but as a strategic focus in our long-term growth vision. We have supported UAE-headquartered companies with their India hiring for many years and are now strengthening that relationship with an on-ground presence in the region.

Our goal is to bring the same agility and deep talent intelligence that have made us a trusted partner to many of India’s fastest-growing companies. We aim to extend the same expertise to fuel talent excellence in the Middle East and grow alongside a region that is embarking on to become a global innovation hub. From identifying next-generation leadership to scaling high-impact talent pipelines, our focus remains on delivering unparalleled value to our clients,”

Khan added, “Proud to step into this role at Careernet as we expand our footprint in one of the most vibrant talent markets. With our AI-powered solutions, deep domain expertise, and strong focus on customer centricity and innovation, we are well-positioned to help organisations access the talent they need to succeed in a dynamic, fast-evolving market.

Careernet is bringing AI-led hiring innovation through its brand HirePro, using intelligent recruitment automation to enhance speed, efficiency, and personalisation in hiring, setting a new benchmark for talent acquisition in the region,”
