
Dussur appoints Mansour AlQarawi as Chief Executive Officer
Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company, also known as Dussur, has appointed Mansour AlQarawi as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
In his new role, AlQarawi brings around two decades of leadership experience across key sectors including, financial services, investment management, utilities, healthcare, and business consulting.
Announcing the appointment, Dussur said, “Mansour AlQarawi is a seasoned investment professional with a proven track record in leading high-performance teams, delivering large-scale strategic investments, and developing national industrial champions.”
“His leadership contributed to landmark transactions, including one of the region’s largest petrochemical divestments, as well as an acquisition of a significant stake in a leading power & water developer and the strategic capital restructuring of leading national companies,” it added.
Most recently, AlQarawi served PIF as an Investment Head, and previously worked with EY, South Tees Hospitals, and a family office in Saudi Arabia. He is also a key member on the board of Badeel, Shuqaiq Water and Electricity Company, Shuaibah Three Water Desalination Company, and Shuaibah Expansion Project Company, playing a key role in advancing sustainable industries in the region.

On the academic front, AlQarawi holds an MBA and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Durham University, and executive leadership programs from Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, and London Business School.
