Emirates Stallions Group names Tariq Nazzal as CEO of Royal Development Holding

Nazzal recently served as General Manager of the real estate firm and its core subsidiaries, overseeing the delivery and management of more than 60 development projects across the UAE and international markets.
Emirates Stallions Group (ESG) has appointed Tariq Nazzal as Chief Executive Officer of its real estate vertical, Royal Development Holding, effective immediately.
Nazzal steps into the role following his tenure as General Manager of the real estate vertical and its core subsidiaries, where he oversaw the delivery and management of more than 60 development projects across the UAE and international markets.
The appointment reinforces Royal Development Holding’s strategic shift from a development management–led model to operating as a fully integrated real estate developer, assuming direct responsibility across development, delivery, and strategic partnerships.
Commenting on the appointment, Kayed Ali Khorma, Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Stallions Group, said, “Since leading the transition into Royal Development Holding, Tariq has demonstrated an exceptional ability to translate strategic planning into execution. He has played a central role in shaping the Holding’s evolution, strengthening its operating model, and expanding its development platform...
His appointment as Chief Executive Officer reflects not only the scale of what has already been achieved, but also our confidence in his ability to lead the development business through its next phase of growth and long-term value creation across the real estate vertical.”
Nazzal added, “Royal Development Holding is guided by a clear purpose: to evolve spaces in ways that elevate lives and create lasting value. Building on the foundation of Royal Development Company and with the support of our parent, Emirates Stallions Group, we have progressed toward a more integrated development model.
“My focus moving forward is on disciplined growth, selective collaborations, and developments anchored in real demand, with a strong emphasis on design quality and long-term impact.”
In his new role, Nazzal will oversee Royal Development Holding’s strategic growth and expanding real estate portfolio, with a particular focus on branded residences and hospitality-led platforms, global partnerships, and the delivery of high-impact developments across priority markets.
Before joining the real estate firm, Nazzal worked with Jumeirah Golf Estates, Mott MacDonald, KEO International, and Ab'ad Contracting Company. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Birzeit University, an MBA from The British University in Dubai, and has completed key certifications in project management, strategic leadership, and investment and financial risk management from leading institutions.
