Faten Kalloub joins SUEZ as Regional HR Director for Middle East & Central Asia

Kalloub brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, organisational development, and strategic leadership across engineering, education, hospitality, real estate, and consulting sectors.

SUEZ has appointed Faten Kalloub as Regional HR Director for the Middle East & Central Asia, effective immediately, strengthening the company’s human resources leadership across the region.


Announcing her new role, Kalloub shared, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Regional Human Resources Director - Middle East & Central Asia at SUEZ!”


In her new role at SUEZ, she is expected to lead regional HR strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation initiatives across the Middle East and Central Asia, supporting the company’s operations in water and waste management services.


Kalloub brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, organisational development, and strategic leadership across engineering, education, hospitality, real estate, and consulting sectors. She joins SUEZ after spending more than seven years with Tractebel, where she served as Head of HR – Middle East and later held regional leadership responsibilities covering HR, QHSSE, and communications.


Reflecting on her time at Tractebel, Kalloub described it as a transformative professional journey marked by challenging projects, professional growth, and strong professional relationships, noting that she leaves the organisation with valuable lessons and lasting friendships.


Throughout her career, Kalloub has held HR leadership roles at Inspire COE, Binghatti Holding, the University of Modern Sciences, and Consolidated Consultants Group. Her early career included contributing to the expansion of Consolidated Consultants Group in the UAE, where she supported HR operations during the company’s regional growth phase.


At the University of Modern Sciences, she established and developed the human resources department, overseeing recruitment, payroll, training and development, performance management, compensation structures, and HR policy development, while supporting the institution’s growth and operational efficiency.


She later moved into a Group HR Manager role overseeing HR strategy and operations across multiple industries including hospitality, real estate, investment, FMCG, construction, and architecture, further expanding her strategic and operational HR expertise.


Kalloub holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from a Dubai-based university and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Baghdad, where she graduated with top honors.
