HB Company appoints Eng. Sakhr Jamjoom as MD
Halwani Brothers Company, a leading F&B manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, has announced the appointment of Engineer Sakr Asaad Jamjoom as the Managing Director.
In his new role, Sakr brings over three decades of leadership experience across various sectors. He joined the F&B company in 2023 as a member of the Board, the Executive Committee, and the Audit Committee. He later resigned as a member of the Audit Committee after his appointment as Managing Director was approved in April this year. The company announced the appointment on November 7, 2024, stating, “Halwani Brothers Company is pleased to announce the resolution of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 7/11/2024 to appoint the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Managing Director, the formation of the Board Committees, the appointment of the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the appointment of the Board’s Secretary. Appointing Eng. Sakr Asaad Jamjoom (Executive) - Managing Director.”
Before his appointment, Sakr worked with Petromin Corporation for around ten years, holding key roles including Vice President of Domestic Sales and Vice President of HR and Marketing. In his previous roles, he served Greif as the General Manager of Manufacturing, Ahmed Mohammed Saleh Baeshen as the Head of Manufacturing and Logistics, and Procter & Gamble in various roles.

On the academic front, Sakr holds a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Northeastern University.
