UAE-based Horton Interiors has announced the promotion of Abdelmouamine Bougandoura to Managing Director, effective immediately.

Abdelmouamine, who joined the company in 2017, brings over 15 years of industry expertise to his new role. He has been serving as Operations Director since 2022, playing a pivotal role in the company's market presence and growth. He will now lead a team of around 80 talented employees, focusing on transforming spaces into stylish, functional environments tailored to each client's needs, while ensuring the company’s mission to create exceptional spaces that maximise ROI by aligning with clients' operational goals and budgets.

In his previous roles, Abdelmouamine worked with CSCEC as Assistant Project Manager & Coordinator and with Azadea Group as Project Engineer, contributing to renowned projects including Bab Ezzouar Mall, the Great Mosque of Algiers, Setif Park Mall, and City Center Mall. Early in his career, he worked with Daewoo Engineering & Construction Company and Taisei Corporation. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Constantine. His core competencies include leadership, interior design, project management, recruitment, business analytics, construction engineering, and team leadership.
