The company's investment strategy focuses on developing communities, logistics, technologies supporting sustainability and renewable energy, as well as social infrastructure assets across the education and healthcare sectors.
Its sustainability strategy also incorporates environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations, with an emphasis on managing risks and identifying opportunities to generate long-term investor returns.
