KSA HR Ministry appoints Saad AlDosari as Director General of Government HR Strategy & Transformation

AlDosari brings over 15 years of HR leadership and transformation experience, and most recently served at SAMI as Director of HRBP.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has appointed Saad AlDosari as the new Director General of Government HR Strategy & Transformation, effective immediately.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, AlDosari wrote, “I am pleased to announce that I have joined the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development as the Director General of Government HR Strategy and Transformation.”
He added, “I look forward to working with my colleagues at the Ministry to continue its journey of achieving objectives and advancing HR practices, concepts, and strategies across government sectors, in alignment with the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.”
In his new role, AlDosari brings over 15 years of HR leadership and transformation experience. He most recently served at SAMI as Director of HRBP. Stepping down from the role, he posted, “I would like to express my sincere gratitude to SAMI, especially the executive leadership, for the trust and support I received during my career with them. It was a knowledge-rich and skill-filled experience that I consider a qualitative addition to my career.
I thank all my colleagues in HR and across all sectors and subsidiaries for their cooperation and support, and for the professional and humane atmosphere that created a stimulating work environment. I am proud to have been part of this national edifice and am excited for a new phase in which I will continue to serve my country with broader experiences and wider horizons.”
Prior to his role at SAMI, AlDosari worked with RUA Al Madinah Holding as Director of Human Capital Excellence and also held key positions at SABIC, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.

On the academic front, AlDosari holds a bachelor’s degree from King Abdulaziz University and a Master’s in Public Administration from St. Mary’s University. He has also completed key leadership and project management programs from leading institutions.
