Lamprell names Abdulrahman Aljaafari as Country Manager for Saudi Arabia

Aljaafari brings over a decade of industry experience to the role. Prior to joining Lamprell, he held positions at International Maritime Industries, East Gas Company, and Saudi Aramco.

Lamprell, a leading engineering and contracting firm, has appointed Abdulrahman Aljaafari as Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, strengthening its leadership presence in one of its key growth markets.


Aljaafari steps into the role after serving as Head of Business Development in the Kingdom, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint and forging strategic relationships across the market. His promotion reflects Lamprell’s broader focus on nurturing internal talent and building strong local leadership capabilities.


“I’m pleased to step into the role of Country Manager for Lamprell in Saudi Arabia, and to continue building on the momentum we’ve established in the Kingdom,” Aljaafari said.

Massimo De Camillis, Managing Director of Lamprell UAE, welcomed the appointment, noting Aljaafari’s “commitment and professionalism” and his contributions to strengthening the company’s market position during his tenure in business development.

Aljaafari brings over a decade of industry experience to the role. Prior to joining Lamprell, he held positions at International Maritime Industries, East Gas Company, and Saudi Aramco.


He holds an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from University of Oregon, along with several leadership certifications.


The appointment comes as Lamprell continues to expand its operations in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the Kingdom’s broader push to localise capabilities and accelerate industrial growth.
