Orient Insurance KSA names Turki Bin Mamdouh Alshahrani as new CEO

UAE’s leading insurer, Orient Insurance, has announced the appointment of Turki Bin Mamdouh Alshahrani as the Chief Executive Officer for its Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) region, effective August 2024.
In his new role, Alshahrani brings a wealth of leadership experience across the insurance industry. With his extensive background in driving innovation, digital transformation, and business growth, he is poised to lead Orient Insurance Saudi Arabia to new heights. Prior to this, he served as Deputy CEO and Chief of Operations at Allianz Saudi Arabia. He also held roles as Chief of Operations and Chief Broking Officer at Aon Risk Solutions Saudi Arabia, where he nurtured strategic relationships with clients and partners both regionally and internationally.
On the academic front, Alshahrani holds a master’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Cass Business School and is a certified Chartered Insurance Practitioner. As a Saudi national, he is well-equipped to drive the company’s vision and goals in the region by leveraging the expertise gained from his distinguished professional career and exceptional educational qualifications.
