Red Sea International elevates Abdullah Hamdan to Group Human Capital Director

Hamdan brings nearly two decades of career experience across corporate administration, legal compliance, and strategic HR management to his new role.
Red Sea International has promoted Abdullah Hamdan to Group Human Capital Director, effective immediately.
Hamdan announced the move on LinkedIn, writing, “I’m pleased to share a new milestone in my professional journey: my promotion from Director Human Capital (FM) to Group Human Capital Director.”
“I’m grateful for the trust and look forward to continuing to develop our human capital, empower talent, and build a workplace that supports the Group’s ambitions and sustainable growth,” he added.

Hamdan joined Red Sea International in 2024 as HR/GR Manager before progressing through several leadership roles. He became Head of Administration and Government Relations in July 2025, followed by Director of Human Capital and GR (FM) in January 2026.
In his elevated role, Hamdan will oversee overarching HR policies, workforce engagement programs, and government relations strategies to sustain the group's talent expansion and operational goals.
Before joining Red Sea International, Hamdan spent more than nine years at Almarai, where he held roles including Administration Supervisor – Corporate HR and Support Services and Administration Specialist – Corporate HR and Support Services.
He began his career at Al-Jazirah Corporation for Press, Printing & Publishing in 2006, holding several positions over eight years, including Customer Service Centre Supervisor, Personnel and Administrator.
Hamdan holds a Bachelor of Laws from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Learning Development and Technology at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.
