Response Plus appoints Omran Al Khoori as Chairman

Response Plus Holding, a leading healthcare services company, has announced the appointment of Omran Al Khoori as Chairman, following approval from the company’s Board of Directors.
In addition to Omran’s appointment, the board has also approved the appointment of Dr. Mohamed Monir Mohamed Yaqoub Hayat Khan as Vice-Chairman of the company.
Omran was initially appointed Chairman in February 2024 and continued until September, when the term of the previous board ended. He joined the board in 2021, coinciding with the company’s listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. The current board was recently reconstituted for a three-year term and includes Omran, Dr. Monir, Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Kashif Shamsi Ashraf Azharuddin Shamsi, and Hari Mohan Haritas.
Omran commented on his appointment, “It is a privilege to be entrusted with the responsibility of serving as RPM’s Chairman once again. Omran brings extensive leadership experience in the UAE’s healthcare, oil & gas, real estate, and government sectors, having held key positions throughout his career. He also currently serves as a board member of Burjeel Holdings, where he is President of the Business Development division, as well as a board member of Amanat Holdings, Al Maryah Community Bank, Dubai Islamic Insurance & Reinsurance Company, and Secretary General of the Union for Human Rights Association. Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University, Boston.
