Omar Al-Juraifani was set to assume responsibilities on May 1, 2025, following Raed’s last working day on April 30, 2025.

Saudi Networkers Services Company has announced another major leadership change, as newly appointed Chief Executive Officer Omar Abdullah Al-Juraifani has decided not to assume the role.

The company confirmed in an exchange filing: "With reference to the announcement of Saudi Networkers Services Company published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website dated 30-04-2025G, corresponding to 02-11-1446H, the company has received a letter from Mr. Omar Abdullah Al-Juraifani notifying his withdrawal of acceptance to join Saudi Networkers Services Co. as Chief Executive Officer, effective 01 May 2025, due to personal reasons."

Omar was named the successor to Raed Abdul Aziz Arafeh, who stepped down from the CEO position in March 2025. Raed served the company in key positions for over two decades, spearheading growth and expansion, and building talent, technology, and strategy.

Omar was set to assume responsibilities on May 1, 2025, following Raed’s last working day on April 30, 2025.

Following Omar’s decision not to accept the CEO role at SNS, the company has named Ahmad Abu Nemeh as Acting CEO for an interim period. The company shared: “...the decision of its Board of Directors dated 29-04-2025G, corresponding to 01-11-1446H, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, to appoint Mr. Ahmad Abu Nemeh as Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective 01-05-2025, until a new CEO is appointed.”

Ahmad has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of SNS since February 2024 and brings over two decades of finance and audit experience across leading sectors.
