Siemens Mobility, a rail transport solutions company, has announced the appointment of Frank Hagemeier as the new CEO for the Saudi Arabia region, effective immediately.
Welcoming Frank to his new leadership role, Léon Soulier, CEO of Siemens Mobility MEA, said, "We are delighted to appoint Frank Hagemeier as the new CEO of Siemens Mobility for Saudi Arabia. The country is developing at a remarkable pace, and Frank’s experience in international mobility projects, along with his long-term experience at Siemens, will be invaluable in supporting Saudi Arabia’s ambitious goals."
Frank joined the company in 2012 and has served in key roles, including CEO of Siemens Mobility Division in the Netherlands and China. He brings over three decades of leadership experience to his new role. He will be responsible for the strategic planning and business development of the company in Saudi Arabia, while enhancing its growth and position as a key player in the region.

Before joining Siemens, Frank served the research organisation TNO as the Sales, Marketing, and Business Line Manager. In his previous roles, he worked with ARS Traffic & Transport Technology, Peek Traffic, and Fokker Aircraft. On the academic front, he holds an MBA degree from the University of Twente and completed an Industrial Marketing and Sales program at INSEAD. His core competencies include sales and marketing, new business development, business strategy, leadership coaching, logistics, and research and development.
