Oman’s based The Zubair Corporation has appointed Fahad Al Bulushi as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. 

The Group announced, “The Zubair Corporation, one of Oman’s most respected and diversified business groups, is pleased to announce the appointment of Fahad Al Bulushi as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO).” 

Al Bulushi recently stepped down as the CEO and COO of Taageer Finance, and Muhammad Kashif Yaqoob succeeded him as the new Acting CEO.

Sharing a brief about him, the Group stated, “We’re excited to welcome Fahad Al Bulushi, FCCA, as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of The Zubair Corporation. With over 25 years of experience in finance and executive leadership, including roles at Taageer Finance and TANMIA, Fahad brings deep strategic and governance expertise to our team.

He has also served on the boards of SalamAir and other government entities..Fahad’s appointment reflects our commitment to strong leadership and financial excellence.”

On the academic front, Al Bulushi holds a BSc degree from Sultan Qaboos University, a Foundations for Business Leadership program from IMD, and is a Fellow member with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
