The newly named CEO will assume responsibilities on September 1, 2024, and work closely with exiting CEO Alaa Ameen during the transition period.

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company, better known as Tibbiyah, has announced the resignation of its current Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Alaa Ahmed Abdul Majeed Ameen, as approved by the Company Board on July 24, 2024.

The company has also announced the appointment of Yasir Amin Mohammad Khattab as CEO, effective September 1, 2024, to succeed the exiting CEO, Alaa Ameen. Announcing the CEO transition in a company filing, Tibbiyah stated, “...the Board of Directors accepts the resignation of Eng. Alaa Ahmed Abdul Majeed Ameen from his position as the Company CEO for personal reasons, which was approved by the Board on July 24, 2024... Moreover, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Yasir Amin Mohammad Khattab as CEO of the company, effective September 1, 2024.”

The company also extended its best wishes to the exiting CEO, stating, "...the Board of Directors expressed its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Engineer Alaa Ameen for his efforts during his period as Tibbiyah CEO, and wished him all the success in his future endeavors.”
