Delphine Guerrier joins the leadership team in EMEA, bringing over 30 years of industry experience in driving business growth and leading regional teams.

Vitaprotech, a leading security solutions group, has announced the appointment of Delphine Guerrier as the Chief Executive Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, effective from April 2024.

In her new role, Delphine brings over three decades of industry experience. She will spearhead regional teams across all the companies under the group in the EMEA region, while also strengthening the group's market presence globally. She will report to Eric Thord, CEO of Vitaprotech, and work closely with Seven2 investors and Bpifrance.

Before her appointment, Delphine worked with Chubb Fire & Security Group as the Global Vice President of Sales, Stanley Security in France as the General Manager, Gunnebo Group as the Global VP of Business Development, and Fitchet Group as the General Manager. She also worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd., Xerox, and Sagemcom at the beginning of her career. On the academic front, she holds a master’s degree in Audit and Financial Advisory from University Paris Dauphine and is enrolled in a PhD programme in Finance at PSL University, Paris.

Welcoming Delphine to the leadership role, Eric Thord said: “We are convinced that Delphine is the ideal leader to accompany Vitaprotech through this crucial phase of transformation in our governance and development. Her ability to align the teams around a common project, her dynamism, and her acute sense of results will enable her to guide the teams to a very high level.”

Together, we are committed to strengthening our presence in the EMEA region, nurturing an environment conducive to innovation and collaboration, and realising our ambitious vision of strategic development.”
