Mannai Information Technology opens Riyadh headquarters as Saudi digital investment expands

Mannai Information Technology Saudi Arabia (MIT KSA), part of Qatar-listed Mannai Corporation QPSC, has opened a regional headquarters in Riyadh as the company expands its operations in Saudi Arabia and targets opportunities linked to the Kingdom’s digital transformation agenda.

The new headquarters is intended to strengthen the company’s local delivery capabilities and customer relationships as Saudi Arabia continues to invest in digital infrastructure and technology under Vision 2030.

The company said the Riyadh office will support its work across areas including digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, digital workplaces, enterprise infrastructure and technology contracting.

MIT KSA is also targeting sectors including government, smart cities, banking and financial services, energy and utilities, healthcare, education, transportation and logistics, as well as enterprise and critical infrastructure.

The expansion is expected to have implications for the local technology workforce. Lakshimi Narayanan, General Manager of Mannai Information Technology Saudi Arabia, said the company plans to increase its Riyadh workforce over the coming year, with recruitment focused on cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure specialists.

“The Riyadh headquarters will serve as a central platform for strengthening customer partnerships, accelerating local delivery capabilities, and expanding the company’s footprint across key sectors in the Kingdom. As Saudi Arabia builds on its position as the region’s largest digital talent cluster, our office will also play a critical role in nurturing local talent company. We plan to grow our Riyadh team over the coming year, with hiring focused on cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure specialists to support our expanding client base in the Kingdom,” Narayanan said.

The Riyadh expansion builds on Mannai Corporation’s more than 75-year regional history and technology operations across the Middle East. MIT KSA said the Saudi entity will draw on the group’s existing delivery capabilities, technology partnerships and enterprise experience as it expands its presence in the Kingdom.

The hiring plans come amid continued demand for specialised technology skills in Saudi Arabia, particularly in areas such as cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure, as businesses and government entities increase investments in digital systems.
