The company said it has invested more than AED 45 million in its digital transformation initiatives over the past three years.

Nathan Group has announced that it processed AED 4.5 billion in payroll across its HR platforms in 2025, highlighting the company's growing scale, technology investments and expanding footprint across the Middle East and international markets.

The total payroll volume comprised AED 1.5 billion processed through Nathan HR, the group's managed HR services division, and AED 3 billion through Nathan Digital, its payroll software and HR technology business.

The milestone comes as Nathan HR prepares to mark its 15th anniversary in July. Founded as a UAE-based HR services and manpower solutions provider, the business has evolved into a major regional HR services company generating AED 375 million in annual revenue from its Middle East operations.

The company said it has invested more than AED 45 million in its digital transformation initiatives over the past three years.

Alongside modernising internal operations, the group has continued to expand its software capabilities and build specialised service offerings integrated with its HR, payroll and business support functions.

As part of its next growth phase, Nathan Group plans to consolidate its Abu Dhabi-based oil and gas specialised services business into the group holding company. The move is expected to create a new HR services holding company under the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).

The company is also strengthening its international presence through Nathan Digital, which now serves clients across Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada. The business maintains a strong footprint across the GCC and wider MENA region, supported by operational hubs in Nairobi and Cape Town that facilitate global client delivery.

Dubai continues to serve as Nathan Group’s headquarters, housing its executive leadership team and global treasury operations.

The company noted that recent regional disruptions had minimal impact on business operations and acknowledged the UAE government's efforts to maintain public safety and provide timely updates to residents during the period.

Commenting on the company's growth trajectory, Rohan Nathan, Founder and Group CEO of Nathan Group, said the organisation remains focused on executing its long-term strategy and expanding its integrated solutions portfolio.

“As things return to normal, we continue to push forward on implementing our strategic vision for the Group and continue to build products and business support services that enable our customers to access best-in-class technology and solutions delivered under one vendor,” Nathan said.

The announcement reflects growing demand for integrated payroll, HR technology and workforce management solutions across the region, as organisations increasingly seek unified platforms to manage complex workforce operations while supporting digital transformation agendas.
