CEO Passariello said the platform the region's employers to screen candidates through role-specific assessments, AI-powered scoring, and automated workflows before interviews take place.

MTestHub, an assessment-first hiring platform, has announced a strategic expansion into Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, and the wider Middle East, positioning itself to tap into the region’s accelerated push toward digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and workforce modernisation.

The move comes at a time when global labour markets remain uneven. "Employers in the United States continue to navigate hiring uncertainty, regulatory pressure, and market volatility, while countries across the Gulf, particularly the UAE and Saudi Arabia, are doubling down on technology-enabled growth, talent development, and AI-driven business transformation," the company said in the announcement.

"Against this backdrop, the Middle East has emerged as a key hub for innovation and enterprise growth, supported by long-term national strategies such as Saudi Vision 2030 and the UAE’s ambition to become a global capital for AI and future-ready businesses." it added.

“We are seeing a clear shift in where organizations are investing in growth, talent, and long-term capability,” said Daniel Passariello, CEO of MTestHub.

“The Middle East, especially Dubai, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, is building the future of work with intention. Strong job markets, massive digital investment, and a clear vision for AI adoption make this region the ideal catalyst for what we’re building at MTestHub.”  he added.

Founded to address persistent inefficiencies in traditional recruitment, MTestHub takes an assessment-first approach to hiring.

Instead of relying primarily on resumes, the platform enables employers to screen candidates through role-specific assessments, AI-powered scoring, and automated workflows before interviews take place.

The model is designed to reduce time-to-hire while improving decision quality, fairness, and long-term retention. As organisations across the Middle East scale rapidly, the company says its platform can help employers reduce hiring risk and bias, validate skills early in the process, scale recruitment without expanding recruiter headcount, and support modern, AI-enabled workforce strategies.

As part of its regional rollout, MTestHub is partnering with go-to-market collaborators across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Middle East. It is also working closely with HR outsourcing and consulting firms to offer a more integrated hiring and workforce transformation solution.

This partner-led approach allows organisations to adopt MTestHub either as a standalone hiring platform or as part of broader HR modernization initiatives.

“This is an exciting phase of growth for us,” CEO Passariello added.

“We are building with partners, listening closely to regional needs, and staying flexible as we expand globally. Our mission is simple: help organizations hire better, faster, and more confidently in a world that’s changing quickly.”

MTestHub will initially focus on pilot customers and strategic partnerships in Dubai, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, with plans to expand further across the Middle East in 2025 and beyond.
