With the merger, the combined revenues of Halian, Austin Vita, and Austin Fraser cross 900 million AED, making them one of the largest specialist staffing firms across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.

Leading recruitment and IT solutions firm Halian has announced its merger with Austin Fraser and Austin Vita, both leading recruitment firms in the technology and med-tech sectors.

With revenues surpassing 900 million AED after this merger, Halian stands out as one of the largest specialist staffing firms across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East regions. The recruitment firm, headquartered in Dubai, aims to bolster its IT and staffing solutions through a collaborative effort and holistic approach to clients in the med-tech, real estate, IT, and technology sectors.

A month ago, Austin International announced on LinkedIn, “We are proud to have built the success of our two specialist tech recruitment brands, Austin Fraser and Austin Vita, across the UK, Germany, and the USA. Now, we’re ready to take it to the next level. Today marks a very exciting time for the future of our business as we announce the merger of Austin International Group and Halian!”

Now, the recruitment firms have confirmed the merger officially, to become the largest tech and med-tech recruitment specialists globally by combining their resources and expertise from 18 offices worldwide. The new entity will offer a broader range of services and solutions, including Halian’s innovative Smart Services, providing a more comprehensive and efficient approach to staffing. They aim to match top-tier candidates with clients, whether for projects or permanent positions.
