Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages appoints Yomna Khalil as CHRO

Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages, a Dubai-based food and beverage firm, has appointed Yomna Khalil as the Chief Human Resources Officer, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Yomna brings over 18 years of HR leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and manufacturing sectors. Before joining ACCB Co., she served AstraZeneca as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the GCC & Pakistan cluster, where she played a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment for employees, including extending the maternity leave policy from the standard 4 months to 6 months.

In her previous roles, Yomna held several key roles at PepsiCo, including HR Director for Asia, the Middle East & North Africa, and Head of HR for Manufacturing & Supply Chain Snacks across North East Africa. She also served at Procter & Gamble as the Senior HRBP & Employee Relations Manager for the Near East Region and HR lead for compensation & benefits.

Academically, Yomna holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Cairo University. Her core competencies include strategic partnership, organisational development and transformation, HRIS, culture change, talent retention, performance management, compensation and benefits, people management, payroll, HR transformation and management, and post-M&A/restructure integration.
