HDFC appoints Bedour Al Dhamkhi as Head of HR in Kuwait

HDFC in Kuwait has announced the appointment of Bedour Al Dhamkhi as the Head of Human Resources, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Bedour brings over a decade of industry experience and recently served at Knet, an e-banking services company in Kuwait. In previous roles, she worked with The Industrial Bank of Kuwait as the Senior HR Manager and with Gulf Bank as a Retail Banking Officer.

After completing her academic journey with a master’s degree in Education Administration and Supervision, and a bachelor’s degree in English from Kuwait University, Bedour embarked on her career in HR leadership, where she honed core skills in performance management, employee relations, cultural transformation, and strategic HR.

In her leadership role at HSBC Kuwait, Bedour will drive the bank’s local and regional people policies to strengthen the employee value proposition for new talent and experienced employees.
