Samia Al Rajaby joins Al Tamimi & Co. as Head of HR Ops and Employee Experience
Al Tamimi & Company, a leading law firm in the MENA region, has appointed Samia Al Rajaby as the Head of Human Resources Operations and Employee Experience.
In her new role, Samia brings over 16 years of HR leadership experience across government, healthcare, and financial services sectors. Before joining the law firm, she served as the Human Resources Operations Manager at DIFC Courts, Dubai’s Administration of Justice, where she oversaw recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR automation, performance management, employee engagement, and policies and procedures.
In her previous roles, Samia served as the Assistant Manager of HR at National Reference Laboratory, after serving as the Senior HR Officer for more than six years. She also worked with the Dubai Film Festival and HSBC in Dubai at the beginning of her career.

On the academic front, Samia holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, and a Diploma Certificate in Human Resource Development from CIPD Qualifications. Her core competencies include recruitment, team leadership, employee relations, change management, strategic planning, risk management, performance management, employee training, people management, and organisational effectiveness.
