Zain KSA partners with MHRSD to empower people with disabilities
Zain KSA, a leading telecom company in Saudi Arabia, has announced a partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) to empower people with disabilities by providing them with specialised training, development, and job opportunities.
The initiative, reflecting the telecom's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equality, aims to boost the workforce participation of people with disabilities in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. All registered users on the MHRSD platform falling under this category will also benefit from exclusive and customised offers. The collaboration aims to promote equal job opportunities in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to improve social services, especially for people with disabilities, through training, development, and workforce integration.
Loluwah Saad Alnowaiser, Executive Vice President of HR for Zain KSA, commented on the initiative, “Our commitment goes beyond advancing telecommunications and digital services. We are dedicated to nurturing creativity and innovation among young talent throughout the Kingdom.
