The collaboration will focus on bringing practical AI applications, including customer experience (CX) solutions, to businesses, particularly financial services organisations.

Singapore-headquartered AI-as-a-Service provider Dyna.Ai has partnered with Bahrain FinTech Bay (BFB) to introduce tailored artificial intelligence solutions for businesses across Bahrain, with plans to expand collaboration across the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

The partnership agreement was signed at Fintech Forward 2026, a regional financial services forum held in Bahrain, on October 20. The collaboration will focus on bringing practical AI applications, including customer experience (CX) solutions, to businesses, particularly financial services organisations.

Under the agreement, Bahrain FinTech Bay will facilitate events, workshops and other activities to introduce Dyna.Ai’s AI-as-a-Service offering to businesses across the Kingdom. Dyna.Ai will adapt its solutions to the requirements of Bahraini and regional organisations.

“The Middle East is not one market, and AI that works in one ecosystem won't automatically work in another,” said Carlton Liew, Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder of Dyna.Ai.

“Bahrain Fintech Bay has spent years building the connective tissue between financial institutions, startups, regulators, and investors in the Kingdom. That ecosystem knowledge is what turns AI from a generic tool into a solution that's relevant and useful for local businesses. Partnering with BFB lets us meet Bahraini organizations where they are, with AI that fits their reality,” he added.

Partnership targets practical AI adoption in financial services

The collaboration aims to address challenges businesses face when deploying AI solutions across different operating environments, particularly in regulated industries where data readiness, governance and compliance are important considerations.

Bader Sater, Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain FinTech Bay, said the partnership would help connect technology providers with organisations capable of deploying their solutions.

“Our role at Bahrain FinTech Bay is to bring the right partners into our ecosystem and connect them with institutions that can put their technology to work. This partnership with Dyna.Ai gives us a practical way to introduce that capability across Bahrain, and, over time, the wider GCC and MENA region,” Sater said.

The companies said their approach would focus on solutions aligned with local business requirements, customer needs and regulatory frameworks, rather than relying on generic AI applications.

The announcement cited PwC’s 29th Global CEO Survey, which found that more than a third of Middle East and GCC leaders reported integrating AI directly into their offerings, compared with fewer than one in five globally. The survey also highlighted the need for stronger data readiness and governance as organisations look to scale AI across their operations.

Bahrain strengthens its position as a fintech hub

The partnership builds on Bahrain’s growing fintech ecosystem, supported by regulatory initiatives and developments in open banking, digital assets and cloud adoption.

Since its launch in 2018, Bahrain FinTech Bay has supported more than 160 startups and teams. Its network includes partners across banking, insurance, investment and technology.

The organisation aims to connect financial institutions and emerging businesses with technology providers, helping facilitate the adoption of new solutions across the financial services sector.

For Dyna.Ai, the agreement forms part of its broader expansion strategy in the Middle East. The company provides AI solutions to financial institutions, contact centres and enterprises across Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, including deployments in regulated environments.

The collaboration is expected to provide a channel for introducing AI applications to Bahraini businesses while creating opportunities for expansion into other GCC and Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets.
