Al Maleh joined Al Aseel in 2018 and was named Acting CEO in June 2024, following the resignation of Ahmed Saleh Al Sultan.

Thobe Al Aseel Company, a leading wholesale brand, has announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Abdulrahman Saeed Ali Al Maleh, with immediate effect.

The reason cited for his resignation was "pursuing another professional opportunity," as stated in the company’s stock exchange filing. The filing reads: "The Board of Directors, through a circulation resolution dated February 4, 2025, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Abdulrahman Saeed Ali Al Maleh from his position as Acting CEO, effective at the end of the working day on February 6, 2025, as he has received another professional opportunity."

Al Maleh joined Al Aseel in 2018 as Sales Director and was named Acting CEO in June 2024, following the resignation of Ahmed Saleh Al Sultan. Al Maleh has not yet announced any update regarding his transition or next career move.

The Al Aseel Board of Directors also extended their wishes to the outgoing CEO, stating, "We express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Abdulrahman Al Maleh for his valuable contributions during his tenure and wish him success in his future endeavors."

The company has also announced the appointment of Khalid Alomar as the new Acting CEO to take over responsibilities from Al Maleh. The company stated: "The Board has decided to appoint Mr. Khalid Abdullah Saleh Al-Omar as Acting CEO, effective February 7, 2025. Mr. Al-Omar was selected for his distinguished leadership experience and his significant role in achieving numerous accomplishments."

Khalid brings around three decades of leadership experience to his new role. He most recently served at Al-Judaie Men’s Fabrics, a subsidiary of Al Aseel, as Chief Operating Officer from 2019. In previous roles, he worked with the Grain Foods Foundation and has been associated with the Al-Judaie Group in key roles since 2004.
