Alesayi Holdings Group has appointed Waad Ameen as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Alesayi Better Life, effective February 2025.  

Welcoming Waad to her new role, the company stated, “We are pleased to inform you that Ms. Waad Ameen has been appointed as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Alesayi Better Life Company, effective 01/02/2025. Ms. Waad Ameen previously held the role of HR Operations Manager at Alesayi Holding, where her extraordinary contributions and consistent excellence earned her the Star of the Year 2023 recognition.”  

“As the Head of the Human Resources Department, Ms. Waad Ameen will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions. She will ensure the implementation of HR policies and promote a positive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and values. In her new role, Waad brings over nine years of HR experience. Most recently, she served the group as a Personnel Manager. She began her career with Alesayi Better Life in 2018 and served for about six years. She has been a key member of the HR team at Alesayi Holding Group, working closely with Group HR Director Mohammed Makkawi, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of a new HR management system.
