Alinma Bank appoints Dr Muath Jafaari as People Analyst & EX Advisor

Alinma Bank, a leading bank in Saudi Arabia, has appointed Dr Muath Jafaari as the People Analyst & Employee Experience Advisor, effective July 2024.
In his new role, Dr Jafaari brings a wealth of experience in organisational culture, communication, people analytics, research, and workplace solutions. He recently worked with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Throughout his career, he has held several positions, including Project Manager for the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, Medical Doctor at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs, Project Manager for the Capital Market Authority, Artist and Founder of Hebah Al Mawhebah, Lampah, and Founder and Project Manager for ICM.ai, an EX platform. He is currently serving as a Research Specialist for Healthy Place To Work - KSA and Amjad Watan.
On the academic front, Dr Jafaari holds an MBBS degree from King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences and has completed certifications in Entrepreneurship from King Saud University, Draper University, and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Dr Jafaari posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as People Analyst & Employee Experience Advisor at Alinma Bank!” He received well-wishes from HR and talent leaders in his network.

With core expertise in employee engagement, data analytics, people analytics, and strategic planning, he will build the bank’s overall organisational culture, design the employee experience, work on people analysis, and establish the Employee Experience Department.
