Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, has appointed Vimal Nair as Group Head of Talent Acquisition & International Mobility, in addition to his role as HR Director for the Middle East & Turkey. He will be based in Dubai.

Confirming the development, Nair posted on LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Head of Talent Acquisition & International Mobility @ Atos.”

Nair has been with Atos since 2015, having joined as Workforce & Resource Planning Manager for the MEA region, where he was responsible for driving the identification and recruitment of high-quality talent to support front-line business operations. Over the years, he has played a critical role in HR leadership, particularly in the areas of workforce planning, HR operations, and talent acquisition across emerging markets.

Before Atos, Nair held senior HR roles at Changyou.com (China), Microsoft (via AMS International), and NetworkersMSB. With nearly two decades of HR leadership experience, he brings deep expertise in strategic HR, international mobility, and business transformation. He is an alumnus of HEC Paris.

Atos currently employs over 95,000 people globally and generates annual revenues of approximately €11 billion.
