BEAM Consolidated, a leading manufacturer, has appointed Tamer Essam as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately.

Tamer posted, "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at BEAM Consolidated!"

In his new role, Tamer brings over two decades of HR experience across Egypt’s emerging markets. He most recently served as CHRO at El-Araby Group for over two years. In his previous roles, he worked with Schneider Electric as Vice President of Human Resources for around ten years, Alkan CIT as Human Resources Director for over five years, and T3A Pharma Group as HR Manager for over five years.

On the academic front, Tamer holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Louisville, Kentucky, USA, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences from Sadat Academy for Management Sciences.
