Majid AlMegil joins KFS Hospital & Research Center as Chief People Officer
King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center has appointed Majid AlMegil as the Chief People Officer, effective immediately.
Majid shared the news on LinkedIn: “Excited to share that I have started a new position as Chief People Officer at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center. The chance to make a difference in such an essential sector with such a prestigious organisation is truly inspiring. Looking forward to the journey ahead!”
Majid brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across leading organisations in KSA. He most recently served at the Communications, Space & Technology Commission as the General Manager of Human Resources for nearly five years. Announcing his departure from CST, Majid wrote: “After an incredible four years at Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), the time has come for me to move on to new adventures. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities to grow both professionally and personally alongside such a talented and supportive team. I will always cherish the connections and memories we have built together. To all my colleagues, thank you for your collaboration, guidance, and friendship. While I am excited for the next chapter, I hope our paths will cross again in the future.”
In his previous roles, Majid worked with the Saudi Space Commission as the Acting General Manager of HR, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development - KSA as the Deputy Minister of HR Innovation and Excellence, the Ministry of Interior Transformation Program as the General Manager of HR, and The Saudi National Bank as the Director of Organisational Development. He also served on the Saudi Railway Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee as a Member, Korn Ferry as a Senior Leadership and Talent Consultant, and EY as an HR Consultant. He began his career with Advanced Electronics Company as a Process Engineer.

Majid holds impressive academic credentials, including an MBA from Bangor University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
