Nesma Infrastructure & Technology, a leading IT company in Saudi Arabia, has appointed Khalid Ahmed Mengash as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective January 2025.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Khalid posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nesma Infrastructure & Technology!”
In his new role, Khalid brings over 17 years of HR leadership experience across the real estate, logistics, oil & gas, telecommunications, and insurance sectors. He most recently worked with King Abdullah Port as CHRO for nearly two years. He was responsible for strategic growth of Ports Development Company by building a robust talent pipeline, fostering employee engagement, and embedding effective HR management practices to support the company’s ambitious objectives.
Previously, Khalid served as Human Resources & Admin Director at LogiPoint, National HR Manager at Kuehne + Nagel, HR & Administration Manager at Petro Rabigh, and Regional HR & Administration Manager at Medgulf. He began his HR career with Mobily and Juffali.

On the academic front, Khalid holds an MBA from the University of Business & Technology, Jeddah, a bachelor’s degree in HR Management from King Abdulaziz University, and a diploma in Business Information Technology from King Abdulaziz University. He also holds key certifications in HR transformation, leadership, strategic impact, and talent management.
With strong competencies in employee learning & development, HR transformation, organisational development, workforce planning, and digital transformation, Khalid is poised to elevate the people and culture of Nesma to the next level of growth and expansion.
