Al Fardan Exchange partners with Zayed Authority to boost employment for people of determination
As agreed, Zayed Authority will provide office space at Al Ain Innovation Center for 5 years, and Al Fardan Exchange will train and employ People of Determination in a supportive workplace.
Al Fardan Exchange, the UAE’s leading financial services provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Zayed Authority for People of Determination to promote inclusive employment and empower People of Determination across the Emirates.
The MoU aims to enhance cooperation in training, employment, and workplace integration, aligning with the UAE’s national agenda for inclusion, equal opportunities, and the development of a sustainable employment ecosystem.
Under the agreement, the Zayed Authority will provide office space at the Al Ain Innovation Center to Al Fardan Exchange for five years. In turn, Al Fardan Exchange will focus on training and employing People of Determination within a supportive and enabling work environment.
H.E. Abdulla Abdulalee Al Humaidan, Director General of the Zayed Authority for People of Determination, said, “This partnership reflects the Authority’s commitment to developing sustainable employment models that enable People of Determination to actively integrate into the labor market and enhance their participation in economic and social development.
Collaboration with leading private sector institutions such as Al Fardan Exchange is a key pillar in transforming inclusion policies into practical opportunities with long-term impact.”
