MENAJOBS and Kafa’a offer three months of free platform access to support employment across GCC and Middle East

The initiative aims to support governments, businesses, and job seekers across the GCC and Middle East by providing digital employment infrastructure and recruitment platforms as part of broader social responsibility efforts.
MENAJOBS and Kafa’a have announced a three-month complimentary access initiative for their employment platforms across the GCC and the wider Middle East, in a move aimed at supporting job creation, recruitment efficiency, and workforce mobility across the region.
The initiative, effective from April 1, 2026, comes in response to the current regional environment and is positioned as part of the organisations’ broader social responsibility efforts to support governments, businesses, and job seekers through digital employment infrastructure.
The Kafa’a platform, developed primarily for Ministries of Labour and government entities, focuses on the digital transformation of national employment ecosystems.
The AI-powered platform offers centralised job matching, workforce nationalisation programme support, real-time labour market analytics, and integrated systems for government-led employment initiatives. The platform is designed to help governments deploy scalable employment systems and improve transparency and efficiency in labour market services.
Meanwhile, MENAJOBS is designed for private sector employers, recruitment agencies, and job seekers, offering AI-driven CV matching, candidate recommendations, access to regional talent databases, and streamlined hiring workflows. The platform aims to improve recruitment efficiency while increasing job visibility for candidates across industries.
Together, the two platforms are positioned as a unified employment ecosystem connecting public sector employment initiatives with private sector job opportunities across the region.
The organisations have also invited Ministries of Labour, regulatory authorities, and public institutions across the GCC and the Middle East to integrate Kafa’a into national employment frameworks. During the three-month free access period, technical support will be provided, including system integration, compliance alignment, and onboarding support.
“At a time when resilience and collaboration are critical, we believe technology must play a central role in supporting economic stability and workforce empowerment. By offering MENAJOBS and Kafa’a free of charge for three months, we aim to provide immediate, tangible support to governments, businesses, and individuals across the region,” said Mohammed Al Fardan.
The complimentary access to both MENAJOBS and Kafa’a platforms will remain available for three months from April 1, 2026.
