Egypt’s leading real estate developer, G Developments, has appointed Manal Ezz as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately.

Announcing her new role, Manal posted on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at G Developments!”

In her new role, Manal brings over 10 years of HR expertise, including human capital management, strategic HR, training and employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organisational development, and employee relations. Prior to this appointment, she held leadership roles at NEWGIZA, initially joining as the Head of HR. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources, where she oversaw strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budgeting, labour relations, recruitment, performance management, employment cycle changes, and talent management. Manal began her career with Emaar Misr as a Human Resources Manager, where she led recruiting efforts, drove effective employee engagement, and received several awards, including the Emaar Misr ‘Best Department Improvement’ Award and the Emaar Misr Loyalty Award for ‘5 Years with Emaar Misr.’

On the academic front, Manal holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Ain Shams University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Complex Educational Institute, Budapest. Her core competencies include employee relations, HR policies, performance appraisal and management, talent management, HRIS, negotiation, organisational development, employee engagement, CSR, strategic HR, and consulting.

Along with Manal, Nihal Ahmed has also joined G Developments as HR Manager. She too has been serving NEWGIZA for over seven years, and brings around 12 years of HR expertise to her new role.
