Dulsco Group, a leading HR and talent solutions company, has announced the appointment of Fara Siddiqi as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

In her new role, Fara brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across sectors in the United Arab Emirates, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. With her strong expertise in managing board-level HR strategies, shaping cultures for business growth and transformation, and coaching C-suite executives, she will lead Dulsco’s HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. Fara will oversee Dulsco Group’s HR functions, including Dulsco People, Dulsco Environment, Parisima Talent, and Advance Global Recruitment. She will collaborate with the leadership team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, talent management, retention, and nationalisation, ensuring the company's future success.

Before joining Dulsco, Fara served as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Aster DM Healthcare for over seven years. She has also held key roles at GEMS Education as Chief Human Resources Officer, Bank of America as Vice President of HR, WFI as Regional HR Manager, FedEx Kinko's as Regional HR Manager, and AT&T as Employee Relations and Recruitment Manager.

Fara holds impressive academic credentials. She completed the HR Executive Suite program at Harvard Business School (Executive Education), the HR Management Professional Development Program at Rice University, and the People Leadership in Organisations programme at The Wharton School. She also holds a BA from Purdue University and is a certified Human Resources professional. Additionally, Fara is a member of the Women’s Angel Investor Network, where she mentors and invests in women entrepreneurs in the Middle East.
