Nayifat Finance Co. appoints Dhari Al-Jarba as Head of HR
Nayifat Finance Company has appointed Dhari Al-Jarba as Head of Human Resources, effective immediately.
Announcing the news on LinkedIn, Dhari shared: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at Nayifat Finance Company!”
Dhari is a rising HR leader with over 16 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. He spent more than a decade at Arab National Bank, most recently serving as Head of HR Business Partnering. In that role, he led a team of HR professionals to support the bank’s strategic goals and strengthen its performance and workplace culture.
Prior to that, Dhari worked at Banque Saudi Fransi as a Recruitment Specialist. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered impactful HR strategies and programs aligned with organisational values and business needs.
In his new role at Nayifat Finance, Dhari will lead HR and people transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on fostering a diverse, inclusive, and engaged workforce that thrives in a dynamic and competitive environment. He will focus on strengthening the organisational culture, enhancing employee relations, and championing a people-first approach.

On the academic front, Dhari holds an Executive MBA from Colorado State University Global, an Executive MBA from Saudi Electronic University, and a Mini-MBA from the International Business Management Institute. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from King Faisal University.
Additionally, he holds key certifications in job analysis, performance evaluation, HR business partnering, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and compensation—accredited by prominent institutions including Korn Ferry.
