UAE-based Integrated Solutions Company – Dulsco Group – has elevated Antony Marke to the role of Chief Executive Officer at Dulsco People, effective March 2025.
Antony has been serving as Chief Operations Officer, overseeing People Solutions since 2022. He spearheaded key initiatives, including the launch of Dulsco’s Training Academy at the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South, and sustainability efforts such as the introduction of biofuels in the fleet and the deployment of electric buses to promote cleaner transportation. He aligned these efforts with global sustainability goals, enhancing environmental responsibility while driving innovation in eco-friendly mobility solutions. Under his leadership, the group experienced rapid growth and expansion, nearly doubling its workforce from 14,000 in 2022 to 23,000. In his new role, he will continue to drive growth and operational excellence.
Extending his congratulations, Dulsco Group CEO David Stockton stated, “Antony has made not only a positive economic impact on Dulsco People in a relatively short period, but he has also created countless opportunities for operational success, always placing our valued clients and workforce at the heart of everything we do. Antony navigates the challenge of delivering cost-effective yet innovative and creative solutions for more than 2,500 clients. With his appointment as CEO, we are confident in the continued success of Dulsco People.”
Antony also shared his thoughts, “Since joining Dulsco People in April 2022, I’ve had numerous opportunities to power better communities through tailored workforce solutions. One of the key highlights for me — which I believe truly encapsulates what it means to be a part of Dulsco People — was winning 'Team of the Year' at the Customer Happiness Awards in both 2022 and 2024. In 2024, our Dulsco Aviation team received this prestigious recognition for the extraordinary efforts of over 700 team members who responded swiftly to support our dnata client during the heaviest rainfall in 75 years, which brought the country to a standstill. From deploying 170 additional team members at airports to individuals working 40-hour shifts — it’s a testament to the incredible spirit of our Dulsco People team, whom I am proud to lead.”
