Joby Aviation appoints Abbie Kadom as Head of People

Kadom most recently served as Head of People & Culture at Kekst CNC, and brings over a wealth of people and culture transformation experience to her new role.
Joby Aviation, a leading aviation manufacturer, has appointed Abbie Kadom as its Head of People, effective December 2025.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Kadom wrote, “Thrilled to share that I’ve stepped into the role of Head of People for Joby Aviation in Dubai.”
She added, “It’s a big moment for me, and I’m genuinely excited to be working alongside some of the most talented, sharp, and inspiring people I’ve ever met, with a clear vision and the chance to make a real impact. A reminder that when you lead with integrity and kindness, the right opportunities always find their way to you. Always! Grateful for where I am, excited for what’s ahead, and proud of this step forward.”
Kadom brings around 12 years of HR leadership experience to her new role. She most recently served as Head of People & Culture at Kekst CNC for nearly four years. Prior to that, she held HR leadership roles at APCO Worldwide and the University Health Network, where she oversaw culture and engagement across both organizations.

Kadom is a CIPD Associate in People Management and holds several credentials in employee engagement, culture, high-performance team leadership, and mental health.
She is an advocate for workplace happiness, focused on building meaningful connections that help individuals unlock their full potential, shaping an impactful work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and drives organizational success.
