PwC ETIC elevates Dina El Mougy to Chief People Officer role
Dina joined PwC Egypt in 2022 and brings over two decades of HR and People Transformation experience to her new role.
PwC Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC), PwC Middle East’s technology hub, has promoted Dina El Mougy to the role of Chief People Officer, effective immediately.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, El Mougy wrote, “I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been promoted to Chief People Officer at PwC ETIC, an organization that I am truly proud to be one of the leaders who built it three years ago, from a few to over 1,500 amazing talents today. I am truly happy and filled with gratitude.”

El Mougy joined PwC Egypt in 2022 as Human Capital Director, empowering people and transforming ETIC into a growth-driven culture. In her new role, she brings over two decades of HR and People Transformation experience.

El Mougy previously worked with Majid Al Futtaim as Human Capital Head & Talent Management Director for Global Solutions Talent Management Tower, supporting the ME region. Prior to that, she worked with Future Pipe Industries, IACC Holdings, and Schlumberger in leading roles.
On the academic front, El Mougy holds a bachelor’s degree from Ain Shams University and a diploma in HR from The American University in Cairo.
