SEA Ventures, a global investment consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Thamer Shaker as the Managing Director in Saudi Arabia, effective April 2024.

In his new role, Shaker brings over 25 years of leadership experience. Most recently, he worked with IQRAA Media Group as the Chief Executive Officer and has been serving MYSAN Management Consulting as the Founder since 2014. In his previous roles, he worked with Oasis System as the CEO, Alraed as the CEO, NESMA as the Vice President and Organisational Development Director. He also held key roles at Elixir Management Consultancy, SISCO Group, and Printer Direct Consulting at the beginning of his career.

On the academic front, Shaker holds a master’s degree in Business Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from King AbdulAziz University. He also holds certifications in Digital Transformations, Leadership Models, Business and Organisational Development, AI in Business, and other aspects of C-suite leadership.
