SSH appoints Sophie Jules Massant as Chief Human Resources Officer

Sophie Massant brings over two decades of HR leadership experience to her new role.

SSH, a Dubai-based architecture and planning firm, has appointed Sophie Jules Massant as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately. 

The company announced, “We are delighted to welcome Sophie Jules Massant as SSH’s new Chief Human Resources Officer. With extensive experience across multiple industries and deep regional and international expertise, Sophie has successfully driven people transformation throughout her career. She brings both passion and a proven ability to deliver value through HR—qualities that will greatly support SSH in delivering on its vision."

"Sophie will lead SSH’s people strategy with a strong focus on leadership development, employee experience, and shaping a future-ready workforce. Massant brings over two decades of HR leadership experience to her new role. She most recently served as Chief Support Officer at Rasan for over two years. Prior to that, she held senior HR roles with Bahri (Head of HR – Head of Centre of Excellence), Jacobs (HR Manager, Expo 2020 Programme Office), DP World (Human Capital Consultant), Seadrill (Global HR Manager), and APM Terminals (Regional HR Manager).
