Khalid brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience across the telecommunications, manufacturing, finance, and investment sectors.

Riyadh-based IT services and consulting company TestCrew has appointed Khalid Alqahtani as the Head of Human Resources, effective April 2025.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Khalid posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at TestCrew|Quality Engineering & Software Testing!”

In his new role, Khalid brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience across the telecommunications, manufacturing, finance, and investment sectors.

Prior to this appointment, Khalid served as the HR Manager at NEXT LEVEL International until his departure in December 2024. In a farewell post, he wrote, “After a journey full of achievements, challenges, and experiences, a distinctive chapter in my professional career at NEXT LEVEL International comes to a close. I would like to thank everyone who supported me during my professional journey and those I had the opportunity to work with.”

Following his tenure at NEXT LEVEL, Khalid took a career break, focusing primarily on his learning and development, while also freelancing as a part-time Recruiter for Trivers and as a freelance Talent Acquisition Partner—certified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

At the beginning of his career, he held key roles at Alkhaila Investment, TASNEE, and Network Operations Co. Ltd.

Khalid is an emerging leader, widely recognised for his insights on ethical leadership, work culture, labour laws, performance management, employee engagement and relations, employee rights, talent retention, and practical problem-solving. Recently, he was invited by Majmaah Technical College to deliver a lecture on “Employee Rights under the Saudi Labour Law” as part of the “Takween” initiative, which aims to prepare young talent for the job market.
