The Executive Centre appoints Rajat Kapur as Managing Director for Middle East

In his elevated role at TEC in the Middle East, Rajat Kapur brings over 20 years of expertise well-suited for the growth and expansion strategy in the region.

The Executive Centre (TEC), a global provider of flexible co-working spaces, has announced the appointment of Rajat Kapur as the Managing Director in the Middle East, overseeing operations in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, effective from April 2024.

In addition to this, Rajat will also oversee the South Asia operations, particularly in North India. He joined TEC in 2012 and most recently held the position of Senior Director for North India and Dubai.

In his elevated role, Rajat brings more than two decades of leadership experience, encompassing leadership, business strategy, employee relations, performance and talent management, sales and marketing research, P&L management, and business development. With his remarkable experience and core competencies, he will continue to spearhead the growth and expansion strategy of TEC across North India and the Middle East markets.

On the academic front, Rajat holds an MBA degree in Hospitality Sales & Marketing, a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Administration from Johnson & Wales University, and a BHM degree in Hospitality from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
