With Ask AI, RemotePass aims to give decision-makers autonomy and speed, turning complex HR and payroll data into actionable insights in seconds.

RemotePass, a MENA-based one-stop HR and Payroll platform, has launched Ask AI, offering C-suite, HR, and finance leaders secure, real-time access to their private HR and payroll data through a conversational interface.

The Ask AI feature aligns with the region’s ambitious digital transformation goals, which are UAE Vision 2031 and Saudi Vision 2030 that prioritize efficiency, productivity, and the future of work.

The HRTech platform has positioned Ask AI as a force multiplier in these areas, helping leaders move from static reporting to dynamic, on-demand insights. Until now, the leaders were either left waiting hours for manual reports or turning to generic AI tools that could not tap into sensitive company information.

“Ask AI changes that paradigm. By asking natural questions, leaders can instantly analyze scenarios that once required lengthy manual work,” the company said.

Adding, “For example, a finance leader could ask - “If we convert 20% of contractors in MENA to full-time employees next quarter, what’s the impact on payroll taxes, benefits, and total spend?”, and receive immediate answers, complete with tables, charts, or other visual formats.”

Kamal Reggad, Co-founder and CEO of RemotePass said, "HR and finance functions are under increasing pressure to operate with agility. Ask AI brings that agility by turning complex, sensitive data into actionable insights instantly. We have gone beyond convenience, with a focus on empowering companies to manage people and resources with the speed that modern economies in the Middle East demand."

This launch positions RemotePass at the forefront of a major shift in business software, moving from complex user interfaces to intuitive, conversational intelligence. By being the first in both the global and local market with the capability, the HRTech platform is providing companies with the tools needed to build the future of work.

Reggad added, "Ask AI will transform how business leaders, HR and Finance teams engage with our platform. Today, it powers conversations with your HR & Payroll data. Next, it will move beyond insights, to action; onboarding employees, rerouting approvals, approving payroll, all with a single command."

The HRTech platform had secured $5.5 million in Series A funding last year, led by Khwarizmi Ventures, with the aim of introducing new tools to address core HR processes such as talent onboarding, time tracking, leave management, and more to cover the full employee lifecycle.
